Back Order Policy
We try our best to keep in stock every model and enough colors for our loyal customers. If it happens that a jacket is out of stock, we will place it on back-order and e-mail you for back-order approval immediately . We will email you asking if you like to wait for jacket to be finished at our manufacturer which takes 5- 20 days , exchange, other color , different model or a REFUND. Charged - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped".
Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number.
Other Possible Statuses: Canceled - If your order status is "canceled" this is because we were unable to verify your payment. Or you've made a request for cancellation prior the shipment. We accept cancelling order within receiving your payment 24 hours. Others, the client is responsible for everything.
